  • All new users receive a 7-day free trial
  • Cancel anytime during trial for $0 charge
  • No refunds needed for free trial (no charge made)

How to Cancel Trial

  • iOS: Settings > Subscriptions > BrownNoise > Cancel
  • Android: Play Store > Subscriptions > BrownNoise > Cancel
  • Web: Account Settings > Subscription > Cancel

Refund Eligibility

Web Subscriptions (Direct Payments)

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • Request refund within 7 days of purchase
  • Applies to first-time subscriptions only
  • Full refund, no questions asked

After 7 Days

  • Refunds at our discretion
  • Must provide valid reason
  • Technical issues: We'll attempt to resolve first
  • Dissatisfaction: Partial refund may be offered

Mobile App Subscriptions (iOS/Android)

Handled by Apple/Google

  • iOS subscriptions: Managed by Apple
  • Android subscriptions: Managed by Google
  • We cannot process refunds for app store purchases
  • Contact Apple/Google directly for refund requests

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with Apple ID
  3. Find BrownNoise purchase
  4. Select "Request a refund"
  5. Choose reason and submit

How to Request from Google:

  1. Visit play.google.com/store/account
  2. Find BrownNoise purchase
  3. Click "Request a refund"
  4. Follow on-screen instructions

Non-Refundable Items

We CANNOT refund:

  • Partial month subscriptions (after 7 days)
  • Annual subscriptions (after 7 days)
  • Previous billing periods
  • Subscriptions renewed automatically
  • Gift subscriptions (after redemption)
  • Third-party purchases (Apple, Google)

Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If technical problems prevent Service use:

  1. Contact legal@brownnoise.com first
  2. Allow 48 hours for resolution attempt
  3. Refund considered if unresolved

Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly:

  • We'll refund overcharges immediately
  • Provide transaction details to legal@brownnoise.com
  • Refund processed within 5-7 business days

Account Termination

If we terminate your account for Terms violations:

  • No refund provided
  • Unused portion forfeited

  • Significant Service usage before refund request
  • Subscription content downloaded extensively

Account Restrictions

Repeated refund abuse may result in:

Gift Subscriptions

  • No refunds after gift code redemption
  • Refundable before recipient activates
  • Contact support within 24 hours of purchase

Currency & Exchange Rates

  • Refunds processed in original currency
  • Exchange rate fluctuations not compensated
  • Bank conversion fees not covered

Changes to Refund Policy

Changes won't affect pending refund requests.
