- We cannot process refunds for app store purchases

Non-Refundable Items
We CANNOT refund:
- Partial month subscriptions (after 7 days)
- Annual subscriptions (after 7 days)
- Previous billing periods
- Subscriptions renewed automatically
- Gift subscriptions (after redemption)
- Third-party purchases (Apple, Google)
Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If technical problems prevent Service use:
- Contact legal@brownnoise.com first
- Allow 48 hours for resolution attempt
- Refund considered if unresolved
Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly:
- We'll refund overcharges immediately
- Provide transaction details to legal@brownnoise.com
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days
Account Termination
If we terminate your account for Terms violations:
